| » Production & Delivery :- |
We have manufacturing unit of approximately 15,000 sq.ft at Goregaon & Pune all the aluminium material are fabricated in our own workshop on miling cutting machines. In addition we have Italian GMC vertical saw panel machine for ACP cutting & grooving.We have hydraulic power presses, Miling pneumatic guns for sealant operations and other specialized tools. All the fabrication in our workshop is carried out under the supervision of skilled, experienced and technically competet managers. We have adequate storage capacity for aluminium materials, glass, glazed panels and hardware.
Dispatch of materials is done in a phase-wise manner to suit the site-execution programmed. Prior to dispatch , material packed such that damage in transit and due to on-site handing is avoided. In addition materials are suitably tagged so that their contents and location can be easily identified on-site. |

| » Site Installation & Supervision :- |
We have team of qualified and experienced site engineers who will be responsible for the project execution. On approval of shop drawings, the material shall be ordered. Prior to fabrication a detailed survey of the building structure shall be carried out difference whatsoever shall be brought to your notice.
The entire execution shall be professionally monitored by our senior Manager in conjunction relevant Bar charts/ progress report. On completion of work, each section shall be handed over with joint inspection and certification by clients.
We shall be responsible for the quality, workmanship and performance of the system. |
